As a mum of two, and a neonatal intensive care nurse, I know the feelings of being a mum firsthand. The overwhelming love, but also the constant worry. The worry to always ‘do right’ but what even is ‘right? There is a lot of noise that needs to be tuned out when it comes to being a mum and I aim to help with that. Mum & Co. is here to provide opportunities for you to connect with other like-minded mums, build your community and help you feel empowered.
Maybe you’re struggling with the lack of autonomy and routine, or maybe you’re loving every minute of it and are happy to go with the flow. Maybe this is your first baby, or your third. Maybe you breastfeed, or bottle feed, co-sleep or sleep train. Regardless, your feelings will be validated and we welcome you all here to walk this journey together.
